Inquiry by lovejesus: How do you clarify the beauty of the natural planet?

Sounds like God in action to me! Deliberate the dusty landscape of the moon and Mars. Even if you deliberate evolution and the excellent climate here on earth, that can’t account for the beauty — things can grow and multiply but why beauty? Reckon about the beauty of the sunsets, rainbows, butterflies, animals, flowers, lakes, forests, ocean, inhabitant parks like Grand Chasm, Mt. Rainer, Yellowstone, etc. Beauty requires an observer or it would be like painting a landscape in a dark room. You may maybe toss paint on the depiction, but real beauty takes an actor who can see the work. What do you say?

I am not sure about that; i mean everywhere you say that ..” beauty requires an observer..”.

Without an observer,it undoubtedly would not get “attention”; but a fantastic business may have irregularly entered or twisted in our planet (including our considering planet too); thus, the role of art may exchange-over-time,so this reasoning goes that some things were once painstaking fantastic are now not so.

Our individual and our collective reminiscence is undoubtedly unsound and our sense of beauty may maybe be changed by the very fantastic theories, for example of the one you mention – Evolutionary scheme.

To run owing to,i would clarify the beauty of the natural planet as that beauty which is learned and which-whether or not it powers any or all of our fake theories- has a steady influence upon our view; a steady yet infinite influence upon the human planet.

(Added; as we do not have any power over our learned planet, one may maybe see the convincing top that Ratz makes. But sticking with our theories and problems, surely there must come a time when an ancient one “clashes” with the newer one e.g. Popper’s objective, independent discoveries versus Hume’s psychological “dogma”. So i reckon its quite evident that one-or-both adherents may use void insight and language to downgrade the additional,to nearer learn-from-our-mistakes; and thus at least showing the ancient scheme in a automatically BAD way)

Day 3... Still low-carb!

Today is the 3rd day of being carb-free (or low-carb). The only carbs I had today were in the form of lettuce, 3 slices of a small tomato and about 3 slivers of bell pepper. I also had 2 tbs of ranch dressing (2 carbs) on each salad that I had for lunch and dinner. I am hopeful that I didn't go over my allotted 20 carbs, but these choices are still better than they could have been.

Today, a co-worker made a subway run. I ordered a salad and used my own dressing. The salad was good, but for $6 a waste of money. And then for dinner...

It was church night. And we all know that I struggle with eating on church night, and I alway allow myself to indulge. But not tonight.

I looked at the menu ahead of time, and the main meat was pulled pork bbq. Since there is always a salad bar, I planned on adding pork to my salad and bringing my own salad dressing (in case theirs was too high in sugar). When I got to church, I saw the pork was DRENCHED in bbq sauce. I should have known.

SO, I improvised. I had spring mix lettuce with cheese, boiled eggs, abt 1 tbs of ham and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds (0-2 carbs). And that's it. No dessert. No tastes of anything else. I did the unthinkable... I was in control.

Today seemed "a little" easier, so hopefully I am getting over a hump. The cravings are still strong. I feel like something is "missing". I miss sugar, and still want it. But I also want to be healthy. I also want to NOT be fat anymore.

I was down another 3 lbs this morning, for a total of 8 lbs in two days. If I fluctuate up in the morning, I will know I had too many veggies today and I will not be upset. This is all part of the process. I've never done this type of thing before. For the first time in my life, I have given up carbs for three days, when I haven't lasted 3 hours in the past.

It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings!

And don't forget to enter my giveaway (posted yesterday).

Rain Nutrition- Legit or Scam

As new MLM companies emerge, some go on to achieve splendid success and some do not.

There are bounty of Arrangement Marketing opportunities that are built on a morally sound foundation. These companies do take pride in their distributors and they offer bounty of assets to help them make it all the way to prosperity. But on the flip side, I have seen Arrangement Marketing opportunities come and go on a fleeting time span. Some companies have not even launched and still took money from its “prospect” distributors as initiation up fees.

They are just looking for a quick buck. They do not care if they are scamming or ripping off broadcast or not.

As Rain Nutrition is construction up a reputation, it is evident that some those are vacant to inquiry its credibility.

In the last couple of months, I and several additional Arrangement Marketing experts have noticed that this new company has been causing some “talk” around our community. There has been several those that have stanch to write many clear article testimonials, but on the additional hand, there were also those that wrote an article testimonial adage that it was a scam.

This article is an honest assess of Rain Nutrition. But before I continue, I just wanted to give you a quick disclaimer.

I’m not affiliated with Rain Nutrition in any way, I don’t use their harvest, and I don’t sponsor broadcast into a Rain Nutrition down line. But, I have several being of encounter in the Arrangement Marketing industry. I can give you an right scoop of Rain Nutrition to whether or not it is a scam or a legitimate opportunity.

Like I stated before, Rain Nutrition is in the end a strain new Arrangement Marketing establishment. They at the initiation registered their domain take up for their website in May 2009.

Rain Nutrition offers three harvest called soul, rush, and storm.

Soul will be competing in the affect and wellness industry. It is a drink that has bounty of antioxidants and essential full of stout acids. Rain Nutrition also claims that soul has anti-aging supplements in it.

Disparate Soul, Rush is competing in the energy drink market. It is composed of natural ingredients and extracts from botanical seeds.

Storm is a product that those take with they work out. It was designed to help your body recover promptly with a strenuous workout.

To develop these harvest Rain Nutrition made a link with Arnold S. Leonard, M.D., Ph.D., a thoracic and pediatric general practitioner.

From the background in rank that I have provided you so far about Rain Nutrition you can see nothing that screams, “SCAM!” It appears that Rain Nutrition is just a new MlM company that is tiresome to reliable its spot as a legit company.

And that is the truth. If you have read reviews adage that Rain Nutrition is a scam, they were doubtless written to take broadcast attracted in Rain Nutrition away and redirect them to another opportunity.

But if you are thought that you may maybe make a lot of money with this company and you have no encounter in exposure, it will be extremely tiresome for you.

You see this happens a lot. Broadcast join an MLM company and they have no marketing plot or they do not have a very excellent one.

If you are itching for financial freedom and you are honest about earning a full time income from Rain Nutrition or another company in the MLM industry, you must lean how to market. You need a COACH to show you exactly what you need to do to market successfully online.

Is the Rain Nutrition MLM a scam? No. But you do need a marketing strategy from a marketing COACH if you are wanting to make it in MLM. To learn EXACTLY what you need to do to make it in MLM, check out online marketing expert Curtis Royse’s blog at http://joincurtisroyse.com/rain-nutrition-legit-or-scam

Day 2... Still in the game.

1st... I just posted a giveaway HERE. Check it out!

2nd... Thanks for all of the positive feedback in the comments. I NEED that right now.

Today was tough. The cravings were hard, and the temptation is just overwhelming. Today there was CAKE in the cafeteria, and I could SMELL it. I couldn't even look at it when I walked by. I feel like a crack addict trying to detox while living in a crack house...

By the time I got off work, I had a headache and didn't feel well at all. After a short nap and a few Ibuprofen, I was ok. I had a good dinner, and I feel ok before I go to bed. I have had about 120 oz of water and a glass of unsweet tea. The only carbs I've had were in the form of iceburg lettuce, a few chunks of tomato, and a few pieces of broccoli in my lunch salad. No cheats, no soda.

Last night I mentioned that I was hungry before bed, and someone commented that I was punishing myself. I might need to clarify that I wasn't actually "hungry". I only "felt" hungry. My mind tells me one thing right now, but my body tells me something different. This is TRULY a head-game right now.

Someone also mentioned that no-carb/low-carb is unhealthy. Yeah, I used to tell myself that, too. But in the research (and I've done a lot) I've done on sugar and low-carb diets, I have learned that for some people being carb-free is okay. Honestly, I won't be carb-free forever... I just have to go through this because I NEED to be SUGAR-FREE forever. Eventually, I will be able to eat fruit, veggies and whole grains in moderation. But for now, no.

I feel like I need to REALLY detox to get on track and to get over this addiction. I have to lose over 100 lbs... I have a lot of time to adjust and tweak this plan.

Oh, did I mention that I lost 5 lbs my first day on the plan? Sure, it was water weight, but it sure felt good to see the scale move already!

Tofu Marsala

I used to work in an Italian restaurant back in the day, and the chicken marsala was always one of my favorite things to eat after a long day of work. I made a tofu version on Sunday night that came out pretty tasty. It includes lots of mushrooms and tomatoes and also a healthy portion of fresh basil leaves. I am so excited that our house basil plant is looking healthy again after almost dying this winter. It’s so freaking convenient to have fresh herbs growing indoors during the spring and summer.

Tofu Marsala

(makes about 4 servings)

Tofu marsala & asparagus

1/2 box linguine

1 block firm tofu

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 cup marsala wine

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1 cup vegetable stock

3 cloves garlic

2 cups baby portobello mushrooms

1 big handful fresh basil leaves

2 cups tomatoes

Salt & pepper (optional)

Clean and remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Finely chop the garlic and basil. Cut the tomatoes into small bite-sized pieces. Set all the vegetables aside.

Drain the liquid off the tofu and press out any excess liquid with paper towels. Cut the tofu into small rectangles or cubes. Heat up the olive oil in a deep saute pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the tofu to the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the tofu is golden brown. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. Set aside. Do not wash your pan yet.

Cook the linguine according to the instructions on the box. Set cooked pasta aside and drizzle a little oil on top to keep it from sticking.

Add the garlic to the same pan that you used to fry the tofu. Turn up the heat to medium-low and cook for a minute or two, stirring frequently. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, and basil to the pan and pour the marsala wine on top with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Turn heat up to high and allow the wine to reduce for a couple of minutes. Add in the vegetable stock, marinara sauce, and coconut milk and continue to cook over high heat for another couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.

Once the sauce is done, add in the tofu and your desired amount of pasta. Mix it around to coat the noodles and tofu with the sauce. Serve immediately.

Tip 1: I like to eat this dish with a fresh green vegetable like asparagus. Tip 2: Use a whole grain pasta or gluten-free quinoa pasta to make this healthier. I used quinoa pasta for my dinner (see pictures).

No bueno...

Well, my cold-turkey attempt at going low-sugar was an epic fail. I went pretty strong for a few days, then bam! I fell so hard off the wagon that I felt like I busted my head.

About three days ago I made a decision. I am going to have to eliminate sugar from my diet. Permanently.

I am an addict. I have to treat this like any other addiction. I have to give it up...for life...if I am ever going to be healthy;

Most of you know that I have first-hand knowledge of drug addiction. My ex-husband was an addict... I have three siblings who are addicts. I have been around addicts my entire life. And one thing I know is that when they decide to quit, they have to completely let their body detox from that drug. They can't limit their intake, or do another type of drug to help them get over their drug of choice. They have to eliminate it. And so do I.

See, I try my best to limit processed sugar and candy and foods with added sugar. But only one time have I ever  went low carb/no sugar. Why did I ever go back????? I guess I thought I was "cured" because I didn't crave sugar anymore. So little by little, I let that poison creep back into my choices. Before I even realized it, I was hooked again and the weight started coming back on.

Hopefully I will know better this time.

So for the past several days I have been coming up with a solid plan of action. I will start the day after Easter, because there is no point setting myself up for failure. I am ridding my house of junk as we speak. By Sunday night I will be ready for Monday. I am getting prepared so I will be ready to tackle this endeavor. Mentally and physically.

And to be honest... I am so scared. This is going to be tough. But it is also going to be worth it. I know it is necessary. I am sick and tired of spinning my wheels. I need to see progress, but to do so I have to kick this addiction. It's time for rehab.
