I loooove grapefruits and grapefruit juice. Full of lycopene, vitamin C, and fiber, they’re a refreshing addition to a salad, like my Citrus Avocado Salad, and the tartness makes the juice a perfect cocktail mixer. My favorite alcoholic drink is fresh grapefruit juice with silver tequila and a slice of lime. Slurp!
